Heated Classes
Power
Duration: 45, 60, or 75 min
Temperature: 96 degrees

Power vinyasa class inspired by the Journey into Power sequence as an access to Power, Vitality & Freedom. This practice builds strength and flexibility while contributing to stress relief & mindfulness. Instructors offer options to modify or intensify as needed. All levels welcome!

Yoga Fit
Duration: 45 or 60 minutes​

Feel the burn during this power yoga plus HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sequenced to upbeat music! You’ll build strength, enhance your endurance and have fun.

What to Expect:

A physical focus (e.g. legs, core, cardio, etc.)

Sunday Flow

A slightly less heated power vinyasa class inspired by the Journey Into Power sequence. This class is designed to gently awaken, energize, and integrate the mind, body and spirit.​

Mat Pilates
Duration: 45 minutes

​Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to lengthen and sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. Classes will be taught on the mat using slow, controlled movements with variations suitable for all levels.

Power Beats

Engage in strength-building and flexibility-enhancing poses through creative variations of the Baptiste "Journey into Power" sequence. This class is designed for stress relief and mindfulness, with instructors offering modifications for all skill levels.

Every Body Yoga
Duration: 60 minutes
Temperature: Heated to 85 degrees
Using our signature Journey Into Power sequence as a framework, this class will be offered at a slower pace and at a lower heat level than our traditional Power classes. Perfect for beginners gaining familiarity with poses, or those wishing to spend a little more time exploring poses while building strength and flexibility.

Yoga Sculpt
Duration: 45 minutes
Temperature: Heated to 93 degrees
Feel the burn during this power yoga plus cardio & weights circuit class sequenced to upbeat music! Each class includes cardio bursts, upper & lower body strengthening as well as core and glute work. You’ll build strength, enhance your endurance, and have fun.​​

What to Expect:

Power Up/Power Down

The first half of the class you will be moved through a power vinyasa yoga experience to create STRENGTH. The second half of the class you will be treated to deep stretches to experience sweet SURRENDER. ​

Yin

Seated poses held for 3-5 minutes designed to target the deep tissues of your body (tendons, ligaments and fascia) and balance the yang in your yoga practice and life.​

Heart & Hips

A class designed to target areas of the body where many of us hold tension: the shoulders, back and hips. Enjoy gentle, slower-paced movements and mobility exercises to improve range of motion as well as restorative stretches to show a little love to commonly overused muscle groups.​
