Heated Classes
Every Body Yoga*
Duration: 60 minutes
Temperature: Heated to 85 degrees
Using our signature Journey Into Power sequence as a framework, this class will be offered at a slower pace and at a lower heat level than our traditional Power classes. Perfect for beginners gaining familiarity with poses, or those wishing to spend a little more time exploring poses while building strength and flexibility.

​Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to lengthen and sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements. Classes will be taught on the mat using slow, controlled movements with variations suitable for all levels.

Discover the power of slowing down! This class begins with some gentle flow to ease tension and prepare the body, then slows down as you move through poses to open the hips, lengthen the spine, and rejuvenate the entire body in preparation for deep rest. The practice concludes with a guided meditation, leaving you grounded, rejuvenated, and at peace. Walk away feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace life with calm and clarity.​

Power

Power vinyasa class inspired by the Journey into Power sequence as an access to Power, Vitality & Freedom. This practice builds strength and flexibility while contributing to stress relief & mindfulness. Instructors offer options to modify or intensify as needed. All levels welcome!

Power Beats

Discover the energizing "Power Flow" class, a heated power vinyasa experience set to an inspiring playlist. Engage in strength-building and flexibility-enhancing poses through creative variations of the Baptiste "Journey into Power" sequence. This class is designed for stress relief and mindfulness, with instructors offering modifications for all skill levels.

This class blends the strength-building focus of a power yoga class with the intentional pace of a slow flow. Expect to move mindfully through a dynamic sequence that emphasizes breath, alignment, and control—giving you time to build heat, explore postures, and deepen your awareness. Slow Power Flow is ideal for those who want a strong, steady practice that challenges the body while calming the mind. All levels are welcome.

The first half of the class you will be moved through a power vinyasa yoga experience to create STRENGTH. The second half of the class you will be treated to deep stretches to experience sweet SERENITY. ​

Yoga Fit
Duration: 45 or 60 minutes​

Feel the burn during this power yoga plus HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sequenced to upbeat music! You’ll build strength, enhance your endurance and have fun.

What to Expect:

A physical focus (e.g. legs, core, cardio, etc.)

Integration poses slightly more vigorous than the warm-up

12 min high intensity movement (rotates between upper body, lower body, core & cardio)

Yoga Sculpt

Feel the burn during this power yoga plus cardio & weights circuit class sequenced to upbeat music! Each class includes cardio bursts, upper & lower body strengthening as well as core and glute work. You’ll build strength, enhance your endurance, and have fun.​​

Candlelight Yin

A restorative evening class by candlelight. Seated poses held for 3-5 minutes designed to target the deep tissues of your body (tendons, ligaments and fascia) and balance the yang in your yoga practice and life.

Chair Yoga*

Gentle Flow and Yoga Nidra
Duration: 60 minutes

This class begins with gentle floor poses held to encourage release and tension relief prior to settling into stillness. Yoga Nidra is a technique where you rest comfortably either in savasana, lying on your back, or comfortably supported seated up against a wall. In this guided meditation practice you are brought to a state of deep rest where our senses, intellect and mind relax. We become free from the concepts of time, space and reason. When this happens, brain activity reduces and the body goes into a healing state.

Heart & Hips

A class designed to target areas of the body where many of us hold tension: the shoulders, back and hips. Enjoy gentle, slower-paced movements and mobility exercises to improve range of motion as well as restorative stretches to show a little love to commonly overused muscle groups.​
