Fire & Flow Class Schedule  

Pre-Registration for class is Recommended.

Reservations are open 5 weeks in advance for members and 3 weeks for non-members.. Please register for class using our website or the Momence App before arriving.

If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least 3 hours before class time to open your spot for another student.

Any reservations canceled within the 3-hour window will be subject to a $10 Late Cancel fee.

Any No-Shows will either deduct one class from your current package OR will be subject to a $10 No Show Fee.
