Offered quarterly, this 90 minute workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of yoga alignment and enhance your practice. Each session focuses on a different family of poses, making it an excellent opportunity for both new practitioners and experienced yogis to refine their skills, explore variations, and build strength and confidence in their practice.
Each workshop will include a detailed overview of the selected pose(s) or pose family, a warm-up, and preparatory poses to build muscle memory and strength. The instructor will provide step-by-step guidance into poses and their variations to promote safe and effective alignment. There will be space for hands-on practice, personalized feedback, and Q&A in a supportive environment where you can learn, observe, and grow.
